Staff all extremely helpful, good breakfast and restaurant / bar. The room was a bit small and basic, but with very comfortable bed. The location made it easy for us to get around Manchester's city centre using trams and buses, to visit places of interest. All in all, a good experience.

Well located, but rooms, particularly bathroom need refurbishment. Cleanliness of bath was sub-standard. Too expensive for what was offered.

There’s virtually no service available in the hotel and you have to take what you get. We booked a suite on the 14th floor. TV did not work, bathroom door was jammed, only a few dim lights in the rooms, no milk for tea, etc. No intercom in the room. Went down to Reception he said he would tell maintenance but no one came.
