Location for Manchester centre was perfect. All staff were incredibly accommodating. Rooms were average but more than acceptable for a city centre location. Price was excellent with an accor members deal.

Our room was not ready had to wait for 1hr 20 mins after check in, but it was worth the wait. It was clean and spacious, my only complaint was it was to hot, breakfast was delivered in a bag to the room

Easy to find, nearly missed parking sign but got hotel space. Easy checkin/out. Room dated, noise from surrounding rooms that weren’t being particularly noisy but could still hear them. Shower not great. I’m 6ft and water middle of chest. Breakfast ok, usual stuff. Had to wait a long time for bread and other items to be replenished. Cutlery dirty. Ok to get your head down, poss cheaper options within same location

From the moment of being greeted by Farzad (who also wished me well when I left) the standards of customer service were pretty high. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, the room had a great view and the concierge team were particularly friendly and efficient.

poor directions to the car park resulted in me getting a fine for entering a bus lane. I drove round and round for a significant period of time looking for the entrance in heavy rain at night, having never been to Manchester before.

Enjoyed the stay. However the room could have been better. The carpet was very stained and worn, bath stained and unsuitable to sit in for taking a bath-we had showers.shower good.

Got a great deal through wowcher,overnight stay for 2 inc.bottle of wine and breakfast the following morning.Room was ready on arrival,even though we were early.Rooms were basic but clean.Had trouble with t.v (needed to have it on due to noise from the room next door)and hairdryer not working.Breakfast was lovely.

The people in the room next to me ( through connecting door) had tv/ music on rather loud. The people at the other side had a party in the room. The rooms are not very well sound insulated.

The staff were exceptionally nice but the hotel itself needs a total refurb, it is long overdue. The standard of cleanliness in my room was very poor. There was a long black curly hair attached to the side of my bath, the kettle had been placed on the floor and plugged in, the chair had deep pockets of dust in each corner and the duvet cover was ripped. I have photos of this. Overall the bathroom felt dirty and gloomy. I would not stay here again, would prefer a Travelodge to this.

Rooms are ok but need updating. Mould around the windows very off putting, new slip mats needed for bathroom. My hash browns at breakfast were still frozen in the middle and long black hair on my bacon, put me off breakfast. Did tell a waiter he took my plate and said would tell chef no apology though. Not great customer service.
