We booked an overnight stay for a works Christmas party. On booking in, Shae on reception was lovely, polite and professional and so friendly. Room is clean, fresh and spacious and we are looking forward to food! Thank you Shae for starting our night off beautifully!

Kept getting my email address wrong, claimed my rate didn't include breakfast which I'm pretty sure it did. Still haven't received my invoice/reciept.

It would be good to have a few more facilities eg re-open the pool, a games room with table tennis and snooker. The hotel is perfect for a quiet country getaway, but you need to call an Uber to reach other places. Having said this, it was a good venue for our family reunion weekend.
