LemonySnick Business - TripAdvisor review

Horrendous night in this hotel. I was in a room literally in the attic. There was no sineage showing me where to go and when you've got hand luggage and laptop bag, that's just hard work! Got to the room and whilst it was big, it was freezing cold and the shower head poked out of the wall! Looked unsafe! I decided to make the best of a bad situation and just go to sleep. I'm woken at 12 to very loud bangs on the window. Now this was concerning since I was so high up in the hotel. Then the occupants next door were shouting. I'm a lone female traveller and it really upset me. I went to reception to be met by an older man watching football on his phone, to inform me sorry, no rooms to switch to as they're full and have had to move people already due to wasps!!! I was that uncomfortable, I packed up at gone midnight, walked across the dark carpark and drove to the Holiday Inn. I will never stay in this hotel again. The floor I was on is run down, grotty and basically not fit for purpose.
