We held out wedding here 31st August. From day 1 of our visit 2 years ago, Vicky and Chelsea (wedding team) were flawless. Helping make our day complete with any extra bits required. The day itself ran flawlessly thanks to Rachel who had the day running like clockwork! The guests commented what a gorgeous venue it was and how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The food from wedding breakfast to morning breast was delicious and varied. Thanks to all at Bowden for making our day extra special!

A relaxing rural location in the Cotswold Hills, on the edge of a quiet village. The catering was very good with good quality bacon, tasty mushrooms and black puddings at breakfast and evening meals of a similar high standard. Room was quiet and comfortable and there was ample, free parking for our car. Good location for tourism with Gloucester on the doorstep, Cheltenham and a heritage railway close and a good centre from which to explore the Forest of Dean, the New Forest and the West Country.
