The room was a very poor quality for the standard (and price!) of the Hotel. Scruffy, thead bare carpets, unclean bathroom, poorly appointed .... I could go on!!

Terrible customer service, I had to ask 4 times for late check out as a silver member, this was met with distinct and huge sigh like I had asked for the moon. The restaurant gave me a withering response when I asked if we could go to our table 15 mins early. Overall I was treated like an issue every time I dealt with staff even though my requests were always reasonable and politely asked. Stay elsewhere if you don’t want to be treated like a naughty child.
