Excellent accomodation in a quiet hotel. Ideal for a short break to visit Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester and the Cotswold villages.

Very pleasant stay, in a dog friendly room with easy access to the grounds. The staff are lovely, very attentive and friendly. We ate at the hotel during our 3 night stay the menu had enough variety to make it worthwhile and enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our package, this was the only minor disappointment, the breakfast chef was not able to poach or fry eggs to a good standard, the poached we’re akin too rubber balls and the fried eggs had been left to congeal in a tray before being served. Freshly cooked eggs are well worth the effort and time.
