The H. was a bit out of the way, staff were very friendly and attentive, couldn’t do enough for you, rooms were tidy on the surface but areas such as skirting boards and behind pipes were very dusty, toilet could have done with a more intense clean

Friendly staff, quick check in, issue with room door cards quickly rectified. Amazing old building, nice decor. Room was large, lovely & warm upon check in which was appreciated in January. Very good quality dinner & breakfast, cooked fresh to order, staff were excellent throughout stay.
