The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The grounds were pleasant, pity about the rain. Meals were well presented and served. The room was pleasant and airy. The only downside was there was very tittle wardrobe space. But overall an excellent stay.

Upon arrival I was met and greeted by a true hospitality professional. My stay was for a single night and the H. common areas were spotlessly clean and tidy. My room was comfortable and very clean. Room service via an app was satisfactory, even though I placed my fish and chips order 3 times! The supportive kitchen management spotted the error and corrected it without being prompted to do so. As I said before, I only stayed 1 night and this was my only regret!
