We do apologize with the cleanliness of the room. This is not our normal standard and this will be looked into with the team. We do apologize that you struggled with the stairs due to be on crutched. With regards to the a lift unfortunately, as we are grade 2 listed building we are not able to install a lift. We do how ever have a stair lift, which reception would of been more than happy to operate for you.
