We had a lovely stay and were greeted by a very friendly lady on the front desk who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We also had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were well looked after. The food was very good and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We would happily stay again.

The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was comfortable and well furnished. The buffet breakfast provided a good choice to suit everyone although the cereal bowls were an awkward design and spilt easily!

Stayed one night, two days for a work conference. Conference facilities were clean, comfortable and met our needs. Refreshments were readily available and sweet treats provided during the day. Good selection for breakfast, lunch buffet options were frequently replenished for freshness, evening meals off the menu were of a good quality too. The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is the temperature, the hotel was warm with radiators seemingly on full. I tried to turn the bedroom one down but it didn't seem to make a difference.
