We visited the hotel to meet up with the hotels Wedding Planning Organiser prior to our wedding later in May. The welcome and service offered to us from the hotel was excellent. We stayed the night and our room was really comfortable. We had an evening meal and a very good breakfast the next day. Thank you for your attention to detail for our wedding, and look forward to our special day.

Had a weekend break at the Mercure Norwich Hotel. Had a lovely stay, the rooms are great and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk team were very helpful in recommending places to visit too.

hotel staff fabulous . friendly welcoming and make.the hotel, yes the rooms.need a little modernising but it was clean, tidy and all facilties worked, we were happy with the room provided. Food excellent and service great, the staff make the hotel and all look.happy in their roles, Thank you for a nice stay

Check was not very good person at desk not very knowledgeable for the procedure. The carpet in the walkway to the rooms was all stained and threadbare, not a great welcoming. Breakfast was not worth the £17.95 they are charging

I am so sorry your check-in was disappointing, we usually pride ourselves on a warm welcome and local knowledge. I will use your comments to inform our front of house training. Our corridor carpets are indeed due for replacement but I hope you enjoyed your bedroom which was recently refurbished. I would have hoped for some positive comments about your bedroom for a balanced review. We did allocate you the best room in the house due to your Silver status but I apologise if we missed your welcome drink. Breakfast is traditionally our strong point so I am truly sad that you did not experience us at our best.
