We have been staying at the Mercure of and on for the last 10 years . The staff are always welcoming especially Tim and Ernest . Our room is very clean and comfortable. Great choice at breakfast. Bar prices very reasonable. Keep up the good work

Stayed here multiple times on business. It’s a great little hotel, super friendly staff, good food and comfy rooms. The staff always make a stay, as it’s lonely away from home, and this time Jo went above and beyond! Friendly and welcoming - what more could you want!

Great Stay over seven days. Staff friendly and professional, especially helpful in the restaurant and also the reception team. Rooms are comfortable and well priced for business trips, as is the dining menu. The event team are very organised and provide confidence in planning and guiding your important occasions. Groups are well catered for and international visitors truly welcomed. Ideal hotel to explore the delights of Englands 'Garden County' - Kent.
