We had a lovely afternoon tea. We were served by Holly who was very attentive to our needs and gave excellent customer service. If I had to sum the afternoon tea experience up in one word, I would definitely say, without a shadow of a doubt, and with good reason, that it was delightful.

Enjoyable stay spoilt by two things. No crisps available at bar towards the end of my stay and being charged full price for my stay despite asking for my accumulated points to be used for some of it. In fairness, the last problem is being sorted out for me (I hope!!).

Lovely customer service from bar staff Tim and other members, down here with work from a long trip from Leeds. Helpful and polite. Rooms are very spacious with a very beautiful view of the garden out back. Highly recommend this hotel just unfortunately don’t have a pool anymore
