I booked this hotel at the last minute because it was close to the hospital that held my child. On that first night, I was too shaken to book my own room so the concierge took care of everything! When I was stuck at the hospital and needed to extend my stay on multiple occasions, the front desk staff took care of everything. The housekeeping staff were also amazing and attentive to what I needed, making sure that my favourite teas where stocked and I had the extra towels that I needed at 3,4,5 am in the morning! The restaurant staff were so accommodating even when I arrived later than breakfast time or needed that odd pizza at 3am in the morning. Even the night staff were excellent and accommodating, helping me out of my car as a disable customer; opening my room door on most occasions and just being pleasant and consistently helpful from night 1 to night checkout. All of the staff went up and above the call of duty helping me to successfully find my amethyst earring that means so so much to me and was given to me, as a Mother's Day gift, by my daughter who is in hospital. I think that it is unfair that such amazing staff members are not given the physical surroundings that they deserve - with this improvement this hotel could be a 10 in my book.

All the staff were very helpful and the room was excellent very comfortable. The menu for meals a good choice and plentiful

Courteous satff

Hotel was ok. Room large but tired looking, plumbing ugly and looked dirty because it was old. Too warm and couldn’t open window beyond a crack - no air conditioning. Food in restaurant ok. Staff all great and tried best.
