We had a great experience at the Mercure Hotel in Tunbridge Wells, and a big part of that was thanks to Tim behind the bar. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly and professional. He made us feel completely at ease and couldn’t do enough for us. Tim’s service was spot on – attentive without being over the top, quick with drinks, and happy to have a chat. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it really shows. The atmosphere at the bar was relaxed and enjoyable because of him.
