Today I went to eat a really comfortable buffet, the staff here are really polite to customers. The space is comfortable and quiet The restaurant offers excellent wine tasting The people who helped my table eat were very enthusiastic, considerate and thoughtful. What impressed me the most were Friend Tung and Friend Tuan Anh. I thank the staff this evening Cheers

リバーサイドで雰囲気もよく、ホテル内は清潔感あり、部屋も綺麗でした。朝食もたくさんの種類のバイキングで複数泊でも飽きないです。 韓国人が多いので、朝のレストランは少しうるさい感じでした。

I checked out on 30 november 2023 and we are happy with hotel service. The woman in front desk is really kind and helpful. She named Giang, she is our friend. The breakfast is delicous, the room is very nice view and we love it. Our family will come back jn the future.

My husband and I spent 4 nights on the executive floor of the Novotel Danang Premier Han River in August. I would have written earlier but I lost the card with the names I particularly wanted to mention. First of all I should say that everything was great in this hotel, I can recommend it to anyone and it is well worth paying the extra to experience the service in the executive lounge. I particularly would like to mention Giang who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help us on many occasions. On reception - CR - I would like to mention another very helpful person, Dung, who gave us lots of good advice and was always friendly and courteous. In fact the staff in general were helpful and courteous but I would single out Giang and Dung for outstanding service.

It's not just about the hotel facilities or supplies that gave me the impression of this hotel, it's about “the staff”. There are two employees who make this hotel shine, so I think it's worth recommending. I would like to commend the staff for their GREAT work in finding the personal belongings that were lost at the airport. His name is Nam, a concierge employee. It wasn't lost at the hotel, but he looked around to find things and helped me get to the airport. Even with my bothersome request, he provided greater interest and service without being bothered. The bus driver Nhut accompanied me to the airport and actively helped me. I almost went to the airport alone from another country on a dark night, but he went with me and asked the locals for help as well. Thanks to the special help of these two, I was able to get my things back. I was more grateful for the thoughtful and friendly hearts of these two employees than the joy of finding the goods again. I'm truly truly grateful to these two staff. I think these kind employees should be praised and treated better.
