I checked out on 30 november 2023 and we are happy with hotel service. The woman in front desk is really kind and helpful. She named Giang, she is our friend. The breakfast is delicous, the room is very nice view and we love it. Our family will come back jn the future.

Overall was good, we went with friends and everyone like the service, hotel facilities and F&B. Special thanks to reservation manager Suong, for greeting and arranging nice rooms. Also General manager always around and had a pleasant chat.

Really enjoyed the stay, staff were always pleasant, friendly and professional, with special thanks to Mia in the lounge as well as the restaurant and reception staff. We had an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite which was much appreciated. Only slightly negative aspect was the snacks in the lounge were always at best Luke warm. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Premier lounge is locked during my stay. Breakfast in the 4th floor is so crowded
