It is a traditional hotel from Íbis. Excellent service, clean, and confortable rooms. Just for a business trip or a short Family visit. It is my second trip to Canoas City and the Íbis was the best option , uinless the restaurante it is very poor, without any alternatives we mus to go out to dinner.

Very Good base for doing business in the region

This Ibis hotel is relatively new and conveniently located north of Porto Alegre in the town of Canoas and close to airport of Porto Alegre (POA). It is therefore a very good base when you have business in the region, thus avoiding the hustle of Porto Alegre itself. Very convenient is the free self on-site parking with an access door at the backside of the hotel. Another plus is the individual entrance to the Canoas Shopping center, which means that one can walk from the hotel to the mall securely and using the room keycard for accessing the special entrance to the mall for hotel guests only. Reception was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are standard Ibis and okay for one or two nights. At one side of the building is an exhaust fume or something like that, which is quite noisy. Therefore make sure to get a room on the other quiet side of the hotel. Breakfast was good. All in all a very good stay at an economic price. Canoas itself is a typical featureless Brazilian town and not worth much of a visit rather than for business.

Ibis Canoas offer a place to rest in Canoas. Have a shopping next and because this you will have many reastaurant options. Easy to arrived, Clean and have good prices. The employees are gentil and offers a good service.

Fit for the purpose

It is a good option for short trips and good value for the money (even with the inflation due to the world cup). Accommodations are fine and people are very willing to help. Access to the Canoas shoping center is a high. It is located at a few minutes by taxi ( R$10,00) from the train station that takes to Porto Alegre downtown and to the airport and bus station.

it was a very excellent experenci the hotel is beside teh canoas shopping and very near other places to be visited in porto alegre, the apartment and the food are very good i apreciate, i was there to watch a soccer player and was good
