I expected more from a Mercure

Disappointed. I made a reservation for 3 people, for a room with two twin beds and a single sofa bed. The person at the reception first tells me that ‘we don’t normally accept a third person in the room’ as if the hotel was doing me a favor. And then informed me that they didn’t have the room I had reserved. But that I would need to take a room with one double bed and a single sofa bed. I find this appalling, the hotel had no idea what I had booked and was not ready for it. Then, this is a weekend stay, but somehow the breakfast closes at 9:30. Most hotels, including less expensive brands from Accor have a different schedule for weekends which keep breakfast until later to allow guests to take their time. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I am seriously wondering what is the Mercure brand trying to stand for… bad preparation and not caring for their guests?

Very much disappointed the swimming pool not to operate especially at this time of the year. Where/when not working, that should be clearly disclosed to customers prior to bookings being processed more than being hidden including upon check-in. Very disappointing!!!

We had booked a 4 persoon room for 3 nights. The rooms are dated and I killed 3 cockroaches. Also very disappointing was that the swimming pool was closed. But the staff was very nice and helpful!

Good experience. Last minute booking for 3 adults and 1 young kid due to booking issue at other (crap) place downtown. Fantastic support at front desk; thank you! We took 1 appartment & 1 standard room. The appartment needs a deep upgrade. The standard room was up to expectations. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast buffet is nice, fresh and extended; missing some vegetables. Dinner was ok but could have been better. Meat served was overcooked, served with potatoes without vegetables. Convenient location. Easy access to Toulouse, airport, museum. Located on golf course with wonderfull terrace
