Frankly, this hotel is one of the worst five-star establishments I have ever stayed at. I strongly believe the organization responsible for awarding five-star ratings should seriously review its standards, particularly regarding customer service. We initially stayed for one night and decided to extend our stay at the last minute. I booked an additional night through the ACCOR website, where I hold Gold status. When we arrived at 6 p.m. with our new reservation, our luggage was still at the hotel—as was our car. To add context, I am eight months pregnant, and we were traveling with our three-year-old daughter. At check-in, I was informed that because I had booked the room for two adults, we could not be accommodated, as we were considered a party of three—even though this included a small child. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional, offering neither a solution nor a proper explanation. I had booked the room at the last minute and paid a premium—an additional €200—so we were already overpaying. Instead of resolving the issue discreetly, the receptionist embarrassed us in front of other guests, even calling the hotel director, whom I assume is you. This situation should have been handled internally, considering the circumstances. Both you and the receptionist attempted to justify why we could not have the room, which was completely absurd given that we were already hotel guests. After unnecessary back and forth, we were finally given the room. However, the way we were treated was absolutely unacceptable. My partner was about to escalate the matter to Cédric Gobillard, COO of Accor, just to "convince" you to provide us with the room we had already booked and paid for. This level of service is appalling—perhaps only in France could such behavior be deemed acceptable. Additionally, we have been overcharged for room service on the night of 15/02. We did not sign the receipt, yet we were charged for items we did not approve, including €25 for plain pasta, which we had explicitly refused. It appears that the room service attendant fraudulently signed the receipt on our behalf. I will not let this matter go unaddressed. I intend to escalate this issue with Accor, as such disgraceful behavior must have consequences. I expect a full reimbursement for both the room and the fraudulent room service charge. I look forward to your immediate response and resolution of this matter.

Our family of 5 travels a lot, and we stay at nice hotels regularly. The service, hotel experience and food at Cures Marines was *easily* the best overall hotel experience we've ever had. We stayed for a FULL WEEK and literally every time we saw staff they were smiling and friendly, including house-keeping. Everyone! The Guest Relations manager Capucine was incredible. She went above and beyond, multiple times throughout our stay to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel stay was generally excellent, but Capucine is the reason why it is now our favorite. She really made our stay a 10/10, and we can't thank her enough. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Excellent local food, very friendly staff, a nice variety of foods for all ages. Of all the restaurants we ate at in France, our kids liked this one the best. The hotel is walking distance to 50-100 local restaurants, the location is excellent. My recommendation is to stay here for as long as you can. Take day trips to all the local attractions 1-2 hours drive (there are so many), and enjoy the town. Truville-sur-Mer is lovely. We will *definitely* be coming back.

Amazing stay! The room was perfect, spacious and very clean! The bathroom had two sinks as well as a shower! The only thing we would add would be a diffuser for textured hair. The breakfast had many options that were all delicious. The fruit was very ripe even in winter!The welcome drink was very generous in terms of options! The spa was perfect! The many options made it enjoyable! The massage was incredible! Overall amazing stay with a staff that was incredibly friendly! Would recommend 10/10
