Beautiful hotel, nice restaurant despite finding a big fly in my salad. Waiters were very nice and understood my concern and apologized, and I got a new salad with no fly in it :) deception to have received a message just a few days before checking in that the pool was closed. My son booked months before to get to this hotel because of the pool so he, his wife and 3 kids were disappointed about that. Great hotel overall!

Booked this at short notice, as my family had an unexpected overnight layover at CDG airport. Really appreciated the early check in option. The main attraction for us was the pool, which was well maintained and generously sized. The hotel is next door to the train station, so getting to Paris was very easy, too. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the hotel restaurant was closed over the weekend, and bar food menu was very limited, so we had to go for lunch elsewhere. Otherwise, would have given it 10/10. Well worth the price.

The hotel experience was fantastic i.e. rooms were clean, service was great (didn't try the pool or service). The location was perfect. The staff are a bit curt but overall in the hotel it was very good service. The restaurant was ok but check your receipts as we were charged for a $63 bottle of wine vs a glass of wine. It is something that sticks in our mind.

Poor arrangement for getting breakfast for very early departure
