Great hotel staff, good location, clean, and comfortable for over night. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed and breakfast was not that rich. Welcome drink was served and quick check out was used.

Room is fine. Check in and out more painful than necessary; if there are people with issue ahead of you, things get too slow. More importantly however: main reason for us to stay at the Pullman was previous dinner experince, which used to be very good. Not this time however. My wife's scallops where a bit overcooked. As to my tuna steak, who in his right mind would marinate it in soy sauce? I hope it was not to disguise that it was not as frsh as it should have been... End result, however, was that as marinated, it did not look fresh, and only tasted of soy sauce, no longer seared tuna...

Conveniently located hotel with easy access to RER B and CDG. Check in took longer than it should have because only one station was checking in guests at 15:00 and the other agents were taking calls. Hotel has nice amenities. Rooms could be better designed, especially with the toilet being at the front of the room and the sink and shower being around the corner in the back of the room. Overall an OK visit for a night.

Practical hotel , clean, food is fine. But service in the lobby and at reception is catastrophic.

The staff in the lobby and at reception is untrained and terrible. Zero recognition for an Accor Platinum number. Absolutely zero help around changing reservations due to a missed flight. Hotel is in good condition, rooms are nice and food is fine and it’s a practical hotel. But the service quality was way below Accor standards.

My card membership number is rarely pre identified, always too much time during checking and checkout even if customer is tired or late (or when customer already came multiple time at the same hotel…)

the room was clean ,but too hot and the staff unhelpful .

Not a good experience at all ,when we checked in our cards were declined for the £50 deposit on the room for each of us . After tying 6 different cards and being declined on all of them I told the young man that it must be a problem with the hotels systems, he shrugged his shoulders in a typical Parisian way and asked us to call our banks ,which we did after 20-40mins of very expensive calls we were informed by our banks that they had received nothing so the problem lay squarely with the hotel. I returned to another desk to queue and speak to a young lady after 40 mins of waiting I then managed to talk to her as i began to mention about the cards ,she stopped me and said oh there is a problem with our system its not connecting... i told her what happened and she just looked at me , i said that ive not even been informed by any of your staff that's its your fault !! even though you could all see that we are on the phones trying to call our banks, she apologised and swiftly moved on .we were then filling out paperwork to cover the £50 deposit. You have to bare in mind that we had already paid for the room and breakfast months in advance, so this was just the room deposits. We got our rooms, but as it was late and we were hungry we asked how will we be able to pay for food that night? she said that there was nothing she could do to help us and we would have to go back into the airport to find a cash machine....... in her words (that was working) my god how unhelpful could you be ,from our point of view it would of been good practice to at least try and help us find a solution that would work for us all? I feel that we should have our money returned for the two rooms that we had or at least have 2 free rooms next year as in a way of compensation?

Staff all nice and location great. Gym nice too ( although warm). Issue was with the food. Normally a high point, this time I had to send back the fish. The thon was simply old and tasted metallic. Teplacement scallop dish was up to standard.

Good stay. Convenient location. Staff if nice. Only complaint is no food service for tired travelers mid afternoon. Had to walk to the Hilton. Also, the carpet in our room was very stained - felt unclean.

Nice room and facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Found it a bit weird that there was no sink in the seperate toilet so would need to walk out of toilet then walk into bathroom to use the sink and wash up. Also, no body lotion/cream or moisturiser neither a pen and paper to quickly jot things down.

Staff does not know features of the hotel. You ask one question, they answer something which has nothing to do, showing they did not understand the question or they are ashame of answering Poor customer service. It is rip-off because they are close to the airport. I will never go back there.

Sometimes I like the hustle and bustle and the international flair of an airport hotel. As often I am in the greater Paris area I try to stay in this hotel. Modern and straight forward design with lots of parking space under the hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, alsways clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I read the restaurants seems to be overpriced but I can't see this. The food is excellent and good food has its price so good value for the money in my opinion. Breakfast buffet top. As mentioned before I just like this hotel and will for sure stay more often in the future on my business trips which will bring me in the area.

We travel in and out of Paris multiple times each year and typically spend the night at the airport before an early departure home. We used to stay at the Hyatt before discovering the Pullman. It so SO MUCH BETTER. While the rooms are just average, the location is great, right on the subway line. The real bonus is the restaurant which is as good as most in France. It can be busy though because I suspect people come from surrounding hotels. Make a reservation when securing your room. On last visit, when meals were slow, staff comped our main courses! Over the top great service. We will be back. Cleanliness marked down because we were given an uncleaned room and we had to be moved. Staff shortages I suspect.
