As USUAL very good location for my duty trips to Moscow! Clean and comfortable room and bed! Unable to understand of online-check-in and online check-out??? no separate line/officer?! You have to sign same papers as w/o this "fast" procedures?! You have to wait for printing out the bill...(((

Unfortunately in Russia we have very strict migration law and we are obliged to copy and scan your passport including every page in order to send it to migration officer. Therefore the c/I process could take longer than in other countries. Please accept our apologies. As for the c/o - here you can only drop your key in a special box and then you receive your docs by e-mail. Room was small even with the nice upgrade provide by the very nice and efficient staff. Place is walking distance from subway station (2 stops from kremlin as instance) recommande the place for a short stay 3/4 days.

Good location. Walking distance to metro station to get around the city, and also walking distance to train station to get to airport. Decent hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast. A bit hard to communicate with staff members in English on more difficult topics (for example we needed help to book a tour but they couldn't understand) however it was Ok for more general enquiries (e.g. WiFi password, breakfast start time, etc).

In comparison with the other Ibis hotels I knew in France, the Ibis Bakhrushina in Moscow was way above my expectations ! Perfect service, confortable room and an excellent breakfast buffet. Diner dishes were also very tasty, varied and well served. I enjoyed my stay all the way!

I would like to thank the reception staff at Ibis Moscow Bakrushina for their exceptional service and helpfulness. My wife had a fall the day before in St. Petersburg and we arrived early morning in Moscow with a swollen ankle and in considerable pain. The reception staff went well above their duty of care to arrange conversation with our insurance company, arrange for a visit to the clinic for x-rays, arranged a taxi to take us there and also arranged a room much earlier than their normal check in time.

nice hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds. free wfi, good breakfast. Easy position for the main sites in Moscow. Metro handy but only a 20 minute walk to St Basil and the kremiln , everything you need for a short break in Moscow

Always a pleasure to spend time in this hotel. The staff was friendly was always, the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the metro stop or to the aeroexpress station (Paveletskaya) towards the Domodedovo airport.

There is no advantage to be a platinum Accor member in this hotel. So poor check-inn like never before in this or other places. The staff is trying to "manage" your credit cards. Unfriendly environment and unpleasant stay. Breakfast "fair". Before 10:00 you can expect missing bread on your table. Get ready, that the staff will try to "increase your credit" in the hotel when they see, that your consumption in the restaurant or at bar is significant. They will not ask your permission. They will simply try to make your deposit declared by check-in larger. Fortunately the bank did not allow this activity. The hotel is relatively far from transportation stations. The process of ordering the taxi using the help of reception takes some minutes and many questions were asked. No upgrade for platinum member was offered ever. Tea and coffee in the room, which is a standard complementary treatment for platinum member in every Ibis around the world is not available in this hotel. A water complementary in the room is given only one time at arrival. later you shall buy. I had a feeling, that I am not a guest but only a small number there. The people working there some months ago were not anymore visible, so fluctuation is high. In this case you get only basic treatment as the people are new and without experience I was there several times there previously but due to bad experience I change the hotels for some months. This time i gave another try ( due to proximity of the meeting place). Finally I decided : never again Price in comparison with other hotels from Accor is calculated from the moon ! Nothing special for relatively high price. Do not go there ! Choose another hotel !

Nevertheless, sometimes we are not able to upgrade our gold and platinum guests due to high occupancy. Let me assure you that the majority of our staff are experienced and qualified employees, and of course, some of our team members are trainees. But we do our best to grow them into successful hospitality representatives! So it’s a pity and suddenness for us that you found our service strange and unfriendly. We do also regret that you found a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station to our hotel complex relatively long. As for bank cards transactions – we follow the rules of international payment systems, and we take care of all payments’ safety by making sure that each transaction was done and authorized exactly by the guest-cardholder. Ibis is a standardized three star hotel, and you may be sure that we provide our service according to the brand’s regulations and standards. I like Ibis hotel, because if it is possible they give for customers more. I became to keep my bag in Ibis reception in early October morning. They kindly give me my room at 8 a.m., even i book it from 2 p.m.

Very nice location - close to the train depot, metro station and city center. Rooms to Ibis standard, nice and big bathroom. Perfect breakfast. Overall - certainly a hotel I can recommend, especially given the reasonable prices!

- wifi not working good in room. - room was smaller and older than in other Ibis hotel (moscow), my previous stay)- on check in I again needed to say to talk with me in English, instead in Russian with my wife. Without saying I was totally without informations about hotel and room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and a good size. Buffet breakfast was great with a range of options to choose from. Water bottles were provided in the room too. Location was convenient being easy walking distance to the metro (only a couple of stops to Red Square) as well as to the train station (which we used for getting to the airport). We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again in future.

After staying in other ibis hotels around the world, we had to come to this one, and it didn't disappoint. All the cleanliness and features of simple yet satisfying hotel. Breakfast very good and greatly supplied with alternatives. Very comfortable beds and extra pillow (a plus!)

Never again in this hotel as Platinum Guest and Favorite Guests are not taking seriously as they should be. Young staff with poor skill except some very friendly. Food at restaurant is so so. Better to be in the Noisy room even though at high floor. Mercure in same building but of course not same price. Really very disappointed by any refund in Accor points.

Hotel was very clean and in good repair. Reception staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was buffet with full cooked and continental menus available. The coffee was poor and the croissants were not topped up once eaten. The restaurant was roughly twice the price of eating out locally at the same level but of course its very convenient.

it was -7C outside but I had to sleep with window opened cos very hot. Rooms was Ok as usual. Room refrigerator needs to be changed as it does not cool anything at all. The other thigns are ok: rooms are clean, wide, free 2 bottles of water per guest.

The main goal is to keep the temperature within the most comfortable and standard frames: 18-22C. Meanwhile, we can always try to find the most comfortable room for you as some of them on the higher floors might be colder than the others. My stay at Ibis has been pleasant. Room was in Ibis style but really confortable and clean. Breakfast was with good choice and fresh food. We had also 2 dinners there and we didn't have any complaint. Staff was friendly and helpful. At the end the even partecipate to make a joke to one of our friend. It has been absolutely a great experience.
