This was our first time staying at the Pullman in Auckland City with my family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding—from check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. Both room service and customer service were excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every request we made was handled promptly and with genuine care. A special shoutout to RJ, who leads an exceptional team—his leadership clearly shines through in the service delivered. We felt looked after throughout our entire stay. I’ll definitely be booking another stay the next time I’m in Auckland City!

We had an amazing stay here. The staff are super friendly and know how to provide great service. The executive lounge was great, and Brian our service attendant was the best, his service fast and not intrusive was possibly one of my best customer service experiences. Breakfast buffet 5 star plus some, nothing missing it had it all. Rooms are big and comfortable you can also open your windows to let some fresh air in. Beds just right... The shower taps would be my only area that could be improved. Difficult to turn on around the glass panel. Perhaps when refurbished they could be moved. Though definitely not a first world issue. I would definitely recomend this hotel

Our four children joined us at the Pullman Auckland. we had a great time but unfortunately one of our children has an accident whilst out on adventures and was admitted to Starship hospital for urgent surgery. The team went above and beyond to make sure that we were ok which helped to reduce a very stressful situation. We'll definitely be back, the staff were amazing
