Again, a relaxing time with friendly and helpful staff and really good service in the restaurant and bar. Our room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Our welcome when we pulled up in the car was friendly and helpful and both check in and check out were of a good standard.

As someone who has spent a bit of time at the Pullman over the years, it's saddening to see the level of service and the lack of valuing the customers that has supported the Pullman over the years, as a diamond I felt like a sliver! I went to the lounge, there was rubbish food and a lack of drinks and glasses, and I got there at 615pm; some kids in the lounge had smashed the cheese and crackers. But no staff checked or replaced the food and spirits until 7.20, and wine levels were zero or poor; I asked someone to replace the gin, and it never got done, Gurr. It's a real letdown from the lounge of the past. I do understand we are in difficult times with managing staff. But don't offer services that you can't do well !!! Also, in the past, I always stayed in the residential building and got treats in my room; in the last three stays, I got two biscuits. Over the last six weeks, I've also been staying at the SO in Auckland, and the level of service is excellent; for what I asked for, they did things very well, and the lounge was excellent !!! ; they make you guys look very average. The only two things that save you guys are the gym and the great staff in the restaurant. I'm sorry to say things, but I'm only comparing. You to the past.

I was disappointed as I booked a junior suite for one night, I asked the consign whether the rooms had been fulled cleaned after being used as an MIQW facility. The room was very tired and not what I would expect from a $500 plus per night room, no usb chargers, empty minibar, noisey heater's and multiplugs on the floor, the room was adequate but definitely not up to the price or comparable to other accomodation available
