Loved the bed and carpet of the room. Other than that though tech and room felt quite old, shower/bath quite small. AC worked well and i loved it's placement, plus the easy to use controlled. Tech in room could do with upgrade, e.g. an extra light in main room/behind bed. Restaurant felt very average though e.g. generic menu, super market wine list and 'sad' ambiance. Feel upgrading it to a USP of the hotel would attract more business, but decor, menu, glassware and wine list would need redoing.

Great location as we had our two granddaughters with us so it was only a short stroll to Queen Street.
The beds were very comfortable & the room very adequate to our requirements. As it was school holidays the $1 breakfast deal was amazing! The slide in the pool was another win for our granddaughters.
The only bug bear was the lift down to the car park, it was not working! The lifts were very slow as everyone seemed to check out at the sametime! Also knowing you had a full house a few days prior, extra staff were needed in the kitchen. Sunday's experience for breakfast could have been avoided!

This is our favourite hotel in Auckland and love to be back. Location is great rooms are warm, comfortable and plush. The team are always amazing and welcoming and amenities fantastic. Looking forward to our next stay already

The Pullman is well situated. The room was comfortable, enough space. The pillows were memory foam therefore hard. Asked for softer pillows, still too hard and too thick. The pool was very nice, inflatable obstacle course during school holidays was good. The spa staff always smiled and were friendly when handing out towels. The hairdryer didn’t work. The shower wasn’t very powerful. The staff at breakfast seemed rushed, crockery was broken, cutlery dropped multiple times and food taken from table when child told staff not finished. There was a wedding on until 11.30 and the base was tortuous even wearing ear plugs. Grandchild age 4 couldn’t sleep.

We have found the facilities at the Pullman the best in Auckland especially the pool, spa, sauna and steam room. We love the addition of the ice bath. It's the only place we stay now!

The Pullman doesn’t disappoint. Fantastic team who absolutely ensure your stay is memorable. Consistently my favourite Auckland hotel. Very comfortable beds. Tapestry does a great breakfast and dinner was also excellent. The swimming pool is a hit with spa pool and sauna. A great hotel choice.

I’m ok with the room but not with the bunk bed. I hope you could provide a more decent bed or rather a sofa bed. For the hotel itself and the employees it was really an amazing experience.
