Go each year as easy access to yearly ASB tennis tournament . Hotel well run and very comfortable . Close to tennis courts and restaurants britomart and Harbour. Good for walking . Has lovely spa and swimming pool Staff helpful and nothing a bother

Overall we were pretty satisfied, however the only negatives were • Our room wasn’t vacuumed properly we arrived so our 1 year old was picking up random pieces off the carpet including someone’s hair pin, I then found a couple more. • Some of the channels on the TV weren’t working including the kids channel for our baby. • There were some really dusty surfaces in our room. Apart from that, the staff and the service was great. The breakfast buffet was great for us and our son. The pool and spa was great. We all had a great time and would return.
