My stay was 5 nights. The room was stuffy and extremely warm, I had to keep the windows open to air it 24/7. Was above a boiler/plant or something with constant noise for the duration of the stay. Reasonable room, what you would expect for the price

The receptionist was extremely helpful, particularly as we had to reduce our stay to one night because of the virus clamp down. The breakfast was OK in the circumstances.

Hand basin cold water ran hot for at least 10mins before it goes cold. Shower only ever had like lukewarm water. Strange smells in hallways, staff very pleasant

Third time of staying and all was as expected. I raised an issue regarding the cost of the breakfast with the colleague on duty and he couldn't of been more helpful. This resulted in a refund and all was good.

Hotel and room was clean but dated..(Large water stain on ceiling) Due to the problems caused by coronavirus nothing in the hotel was open ( No Bar or restaurant ) no room service or proper breakfast facilities. Breakfast was collected from the front desk in a paper bag. This was not reflected in a possible price cut. It was not the hotels fault and I was only using the room as a base for traveling to other locations. if I hadn't been doing this or there had been no shops and restaurants close by my stay would not have been very enjoyable.

Not covid friendly. No labels to say ALLSAFE as stated. Bathroom dirty, lights not working.should be 1 star not 3. Very shabby needs to be renovated. Not in the main building had to walk to the conference centre were we stayed .

When we got to our room it was very shabby, hadn't been cleaned properly ,the bathroom floor was dirty only one towel and toiletries . No coffee milk sugar and only one cup, four lights not working . Lucky I had disinfectant wipes and spray with me. You STATE that all your hotels have ALLSAFE labels but didn't see one..

I would firstly like to say that these are different times. The staff on reception were excellent and deserve full marks. The room was clean although basic which I understand due to CVOVID-19. It took ages for the water to come through hot and I do mean ages and the extractor fan in the bathroom made an awful noise so we turned it off! The hotel could do with a little tender loving care, it looks a little run down and lacked the usual sparkle of a Mecure Hotel. Having said that it was fine for one night.

My fourth stay early week and excellent room in Business Suite which was an improvement on rooms in the main building which really do need refreshing. Restaurant staff were excellent and croissants provided for late breakfast as requested. Reception were helpful and good to see upgrade to ground floor areas.
