We had a wonderful time at the Pullman Paris. Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff. The room is well equiped with what you might need and so beautiful, modern. We had a lovely experience.

Very good experience and very well served

Our overall experience was very good. Our only less than satisfactory experience was during check in. On landing at Paris at 1.30PM, I received the following SMS: "Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hello! Your key is waiting for you at our Le Club desk and your room is ready for you. 19 rue du CDT Ren@Mouchottw 75014 Paris". On reaching the hotel at 3PM - showed this message. The check in staff was completely unaware of this and we had to wait for an hour before we got 1 of the two rooms that we had booked. The second room was given to us much later. In general, the only improvement I can suggest is that you need to deploy more staff at the check-in desk. Every day we saw tired guests, waiting in the room for check-in or for their rooms to get ready. Post check in, our experience was excellent!

Very happy with the stay. For a more expensive room I would quite liked it to have been a bit larger and to have been able to let some fresh air into the room as the air conditioning is quite noisy. But the room was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the lifts are just fantastic.

overall it was really great. Our TV didn't work and I asked for fixing in the morning. The room door was open when I came back at night, which extremely surprised me because it's about security. My room got changed (with upgrade) because the engineer couldn't fix it; I had to pick up some stuff from the pervious room which were missed by staffs who were moving our luggages and belongings.

Fantastic experience of staying in Pullman hotel Paris Montparnasse. Personnel were very friendly, breakfast was very good! However Skybar is not recommended.

We booked a suite but were kicked out due to a leak in the bathroom ceiling after one night. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, despite us making it clear that our child would be using this bed. Our next room was extremely small and the air conditioning was constantly blowing hot air at 25 degrees celcius, leaving us sweating and overheated for two nights. Our 6 year old daughter was kept awake. 5 attempts were made to fix the problem, to no avail, causing us to have to move rooms yet again. I have never complained about a hotel before.

The room was comfortable and clean. Would like kids to have access to the rooftop and more amenities. Didn't like the restaurant food in the dinner (hamburger)

Our stay was great. We will definitely visit again. We were greeted very well, and got a room immediately, even though we came before check-in. The staff was very helpful, and gave great advise. Lastly at the end of our trip we where wished a “Bon voyage“ by Domenic, which tied the whole experience nicely together. It was superb from the beginning to the end.

Perfect hotel, friendly staff, very nice decorated hotel and in the heart of the city. Fantastic view from the room above Paris. The breakfast and the restaurant were splendid and very good. We come again!

Recently refreshed with 3 years of renovation, this hotel is still a good place to host for my parisian business travels. Bedrooms have been revisited with taste Very pleasant stay for me in this hotel
