I had my stay at Novotel ahmedabad & it was amazing stay .Very supportive and Humble all.I felt like their welcome as warm family feel there.Service was very fast in every thing. Good rooms but very chaotic

Took 4 hours to check in inspite of early intimation during online check-in. Very understaffed, staff was not even aware of booking done through online site. Rooms are spacious stayed in studio apartment. That's the only best part. Buffet breakfast was pathetic, had to wait for everything. Refill took forever. Reservation phone numbers is never attended

stay has been good except for the Morning breakfast chaos. Cutlery , glasses are short and it creates an unpleasant experience . Another important aspect is to guide people to the tables which is in fact free for all and people who follow discipline are made to suffer.

This was my second trip in a month and the team made a wonderful effort after my poor experience last time around. Credit and compliments to them. Please improve on the elevator function at this property. It is a disaster and can be very inconvenient

The staff is friendly and helpful, the place was neat and fresh. Housekeeping is good but can be better. I found a peanut on the floor next to the sofa when i checked in which raised Questions about the housekeeping. other than that all was 5 star for housekeeping as well. The intercom handset wasn't working which is kind of a teach issue that I face with Novotel properties. further the Housekeeping get rooted to a mobile number which if unanswered means I have to call again.

1. To start with, my check in took 1.5 hours to get one room and balance two in further 20 mins. 2. IRD order was cold by the time it reached us. 3. The coffee at the coffee shop was luke warm and did not taste good. We were offered tea as a replacement but we denied the same. 4. We ordered and extra quilt in room 339, however the same was received in a crumpled condition and was stained deeply too. 5. The upgraded rooms were comfortable, however the chairs were chipped at one end which can cause an injury to someone. 6. Cleanliness behind the curtain in room 327 and 339 was not up to the mark. 7. Breakfast in the premier lounge was not up to the mark, a poor spread and cold food since the induction was not functioning right. Should not have been served in the first place. 8. Water glasses were dirty and stained and were changed post three reminders. 9. Food orders not taken properly, had ordered crispy dosas but were served soft and cold dosas instead. 10. The staff could not arrange plain paratha for us and we had to convince them to get it for us from the cafe downstairs, while the live station has parathas as an option. 11. The valet asked me to take my car from the main gate as it was close to the exit since I was moving out. On refusing they did bring the car. 12. At check out I asked for the general managers email however was intentionally given the assistant Front office managers mail id and upon confirming with Ritika at front desk, she confirmed it’s the GM’s mail id. 13. No response to phone calls at the front desk or the duty manager, had to eventually get through housekeeping to get a task done.

Overall good experience But one incident I would like to mention. I had to requested for Accor membership on Aug 4th 2021 but it was ignored for 45 days after which it was taken in consideration after 4 consecutive request. Novotel told me they would update the stay in the membership but till now it has not been updated till date.

Stayed here for the first time. The hotel is good. Staff polite and humble, but service at the restaurant is slow, maybe not equipped to handle if completely full with guests. Rooms are spacious and clean. Gym is worth maintaining fitness during a business visit. It is not centrally located but good option if visiting offices/ locations are nearby. Worth repeat stay.

The location is good, check in was quick and staff also good, room was upgraded, good room and well maintained, bathroom was also good, the restaurant was good food taste was excellent, the staff chef Mr Mohan Rana and Abhay, Aman, Gaurav and Sachin were very good and attentive, overall stay our was satisfactory only house keeping staff needs some improvement and attentiveness.
