I would like room in 1st floor, i called and informed operator since i booked. But we got room at 3rd floor. And the room is old and no repair&maintenant, sliding door handle is broken.

Fun for family, Jump into the pool and next into the sea. But better doing renovation some old building. There are many old smell and decaying structures.

I and my friend had been thinking positive to Veranda resort Hua Hin in many visits. We spend our vacations there in many occasions and always got the best services throughout comfortable accommodation and friendly staffs; however, for this latest visit, I and my friends decided to visit the resort again after the pandemic covid-19, while another group of my friends had been there before (on Fri-Sun, but I was on Sun-Tue). I have seen and acknowledged for overtime that I spend my vacations there with superb delicious, extremely enriched, various type of exotics breakfast, but it is not on the latest days that I accommodated. I do respected with the guest numbers and the situation after covid-19 outbreak, but I decided that there will be not affected by the Veranda, where is always warm and well prepared. Unfortunately, I met with just plain breakfast and I could not see the thing that I have faced before even I was accommodated on weekday. Only two types of food, small corners of ready-to-eat meals, and I have not seen anything else. Thus, this make us upset. The total services still fine, all accommodations are comfortable as I expected.

Nice staff but run down resort, urgently needs renovation

Mold in the shower, bad smells in the bathroom, room furniture very simple, no deck chairs or umbrellas on the beach, cheap artificial grass that heats up very much.The surrounding beach is poorly maintained.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. The property has beachfront location and access, making it good value for money. The property caters well to family visits. Facilities are good, although we didn't get the chance to enjoy them all.

The resort is located in Cha-am, about 20km from hua hin town. You can easily get to hua hin town via taxi or Grab car. The resort has private beach and the beach is awesome. The room is huge and service staff is fantastic. Breakfast is good. My special thanks to Ms Pier from front office who amazed us with her excellent English and who specially prepared our room to mark our wedding anniversary.

Took a time out at Veranda Resort Hua Hin - Cha Am Mgallery of 5 nights. Absolute bliss. Booked myself a private pool villa and it exceeded my expectations based on experiences at other resorts. The staff were attentive, friendly and totally helpful, always looking after me. The restaurants were amazing with superb food and comfortable seating with great views of the beach from isea. Took advantage of the 6 hour Spa package to make each day perfect. Staff at the spa were brilliant and well qualified. Highly recommend Veranda Resort Hua Hin for a break from the real world. Didn't want to leave.

smooth check-in and check-out . location of this hotel can consider good because of nice beach and walking distance to some cafe , restaurant and convenient shop. hotel also very near Hua Hin Airport. room are clean and comfortable but the water supply are not stable and it's not a good ideal to attach shower with toilet bowl, because after show the floor become wet and I don't think anyone like a wet toilet. breakfast just so so only.

Hi i did resntly at veranda resort hua hin. 3 nights whit my girlfriend and i did book it BECOs it was a Sofitel manegment. But i dont know but i think the standard was not 5 star and the service was NOT 5 star.

Much the same goodness as many earlier experiences over the last few years. Have stayed in most of the accommodation types, from standard through to jacuzzi. Slight drawback is the menu change in the restaurant by the beach in the last 12 months; previous menu was better.
