An awesome experience at the Grand Mercure. It's a beautiful and tranquil place. The bubbles restaurant served authentic Thai food which was delicious. We were served by a waitress named Pear. She's best described as polite, friendly and bubbly. She always brightened up our day with her smiles and warm personality.

We stayed for 5 nights whilst travelling around Thailand. The hotel was clean, comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was spot on, with taste for every nationality. Pool area was perfect, found some shade and the pool a refreshing relief. You are in the middle of everything, but set back enough to enable some peace. Restaurants are nearby with the all important shops also. Thank you to everyone for making our stay an enjoyable one

Lovely accommodation, staff and facilities. Foyer reception staff always helpful and happy. Pool area setup well, swim up bar nice, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet amazing - thank you Laila and staff 🌞🌼
