Excellent service from hotel staff, very friendly, great atmosphere . Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Very clean and tidy surroundings. Late night shopping just across from the hotel. Safe to walk at night.

Awesome pool with pool bar, incredible breakfast buffet, free pool table and close to all shops/markets. Staff are all super friendly and very accommodating. Special shout out to Art, Bas, Tak, Nueng, Mae, Kae and Aib for being such incredible staff and helping us feel so welcomed! We will see you all next year! 👌🏽

I had a relaxing break after a long time. It's a good hotel to visit with a child. It has a quiet atmosphere that is very different from downtown Patong. It's very comfortable to do activities at the kids' club. The employee Apple is very kind. It's a nice five-star hotel.

The hotel room not very clean and updated. The shower head was falling off. Towels and bedsheets does not seem clean we ask for fresh ones. Hotel staff not very helpful. Hotel restaurant food n beverage was quite good. Good quiet corner of busy Patong. But once you walk out you see few sleazy massage parlours.

Excellent Friday Night Seafood Buffet

The food at Mercure's Friday Night Seafood buffet was excellent with a diverse range of dishes provided to cater for all tastes (and not just seafood). The musicians provided beautiful and soothing background music to add to the ambience. Finally the waiting staff provided exceptional service and I'd particularly like to highlight Ryan Ying who went above and beyond to make our dining experience most enjoyable.
