== Positives == A conveniently located hotel if you wan to stay close to Bangala road. The restaurent is really good. Their breakfast buffet has lot of options. == Negatives== Their standard rooms are little small for my liking. Hotel needs a renovation

This is not my first time staying at Grand Mercure Phuket, and each visit continues to exceed my expectations, from the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent room quality. A special shout-out to Fast, the Duty Manager, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly supportive and helpful, ensuring our stay was memorable. When I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, he kindly upgraded our room for the last three days of our stay and arranged an early check-in with no waiting time. I first stayed at this hotel in 2022 for my entire 14-night trip to Phuket, and it left such a lasting impression that I returned in 2024 for a 10-night visit. The exceptional service and hospitality keep me coming back, and I look forward to many more stays in the future.

A perfect place to stay. All the staff are lovely. We were very spoilt being Accor members with private check in, free high tea daily abd complimentary drinks. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool and bar are excellent along with the buffet seafood and BBQ. The bar staff are very good and pleasant. A special thank you to Ying Kanokwan, our housekeeper, for always doing a very thorough job and giving us new animal origami each day, you made our holiday very special. Thank you.

Beer was great with accommodating me for this hotel booking she was able to get me earlier check-in and later checkout time and was also able to place me next to my friend in the room next to each other. Overall very friendly and would recommend.
