We are staying at the Grand Mercure Patong for the first 8 nights of our 18 day holiday in Thailand. The location of the hotel is excellent for the shopping, the nightlife and is not too far from the beach. We had some minor issues with our room on arrival and reported these to reception. The response from the hotel staff was excellent and they addressed these issues to our complete satisfaction asap. The level of service we received from all the hotel staff was fantastic . Our housekeeper Mam deserves a special mention as she could not do enough for us during our stay and was always smiling while she kept the cleanliness of our room facilities to a very high standard. The Deluxe King Room we are staying in has direct access to the pool which we thoroughly enjoy. The excellent breakfast and the use of the fitness centre are also highlights that would make us want to stay here again!

Good friendly service , always willing to help and go out of their way to help you. Guy at the front named Aib was the best, you need anything he helped straight away. Highly recommend the stay here if you are staying around the Patong Beach area .

I had an amazing vacation with my boyfriend. Great customer service and friendly staff. Hotel had free classes you can take if you want to learn Thai or Thai massage. Excellent service from Apple, Nong, and Nut. Will definitely come back.

Excellent service from hotel staff, very friendly, great atmosphere . Beautiful place to relax and unwind. Very clean and tidy surroundings. Late night shopping just across from the hotel. Safe to walk at night.

Awesome pool with pool bar, incredible breakfast buffet, free pool table and close to all shops/markets. Staff are all super friendly and very accommodating. Special shout out to Art, Bas, Tak, Nueng, Mae, Kae and Aib for being such incredible staff and helping us feel so welcomed! We will see you all next year! 👌🏽
