I had a wonderful experience at Hitem Grand Mercure Patong. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a perfect location. What truly made my stay special was the warm hospitality in the restaurant. A special thanks to Mr. Moo for his exceptional service, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made every meal a delight. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommended!

Definitely no 5 stars. Arrived at grand mercure and was in awe at the grand lobby. That soon changed once i checked in. Reception staff rude and not one smile. Given the key to our room on the 4th floor. Lovely staff brought our luggage up. Didnt arrive until late in the day so we were exhausted. Went to use the bathroom and was disgusted in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Tiles around the toilet stained, bath and bath tiles filthy. Had to clean the bathroom before i used it. The room smelled of mould. The wallpaper was all bubbled and dirty/ black mould looking.. breakfast was plentiful but boiled and poached eggs always cold. Small coffee shop in foyer really nice. Pool area nice but sunbeds are mostly in the shade. Ran a bath one day and the water looked like faeces. Checked out very early in the morning and had paid my room bill the night before. Reception staff informed me i still owed the money i had paid the night before. I informed they had paid but argued with me that i did owe money and it had to be paid. I had to recall the approx time and describe the person i had paid it too. Luckily i remembered i had my receipt in the rubbish in the bin in the room. So with my driver waiting i had to run back the room and rummage through the bin. When i produced the receipt the staff still wasnt happy but reluctantly allowed us to leave. I would never return to this hotel again

Fast check in and very warm welcoming. Excellent service and well prepared upon arrival. They know what they are doing and we feel like having one stop service, because they can organise everything for us. We would like to give special thanks to Khun Sita (asst.manager at the reception) and Khun Mae (bellman) and everyone else there who helped making our stay another memorable one once again. It is also very very nice to see old faces that already knew from our previous stays. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Every thing’s great The location was near the city center and beach They help us for early check in and late Check out for free. The room was clean and receptionist was polite - the pool was good but that was a little small - we had a nice experience in grand Mercure hotel
