One of the best hotel I have stayed in Thailand. The central location is a big advantage. The reception lobby team are ever smiling and always feel happy to serve the guests. The restaurant, gymnasium are very adequate. The large swimming pool is a big plus point. Overall, this hotel is exceptional.

Fantastic staff; pleasant & always with a smile and greeting Like the location; away from the crowded areas but not too far to walk to shops restaurants etc and esp the beach…5-7min gentle walk. Great swimming pool; very big, very big!! not getting in anyone’s way here! Large size bedrooms; huge beds; big bathrooms; connecting rooms available for families on request; view of the pool from practically every room balcony. Very very large breakfast area with a huge lay out and variety to please all. Eggs cooked to your liking. Huge lobby area. There nothing small about this hotel and the staff make the place right from front of house to room service to the employees who clean the rooms…. always smiling, happy & pleasant. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Just had my third stay and now don’t even bother to look else where.

Loved our 5 nights stay at the Novotel Phuket. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from the Patong beach and 10 minutes from the famous Bangla Road. The breakfast spread is extremely lavish and extravagant, the staff is nice and warm and the pool is always operational. Will highly recommend if your budget fits.

The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, specially Shing, Mart, Palm and Mild. The free breakfast buffet had plenty of options . The pool is grand and very clean. All rooms are very clean and have views of the pool. Will be back , definitely recommend.
