The checkin service was exceptional - Niinew remembered us from 2.5 years ago and gave such a warm welcome that we felt really special. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there and she made it a very special experience for him. The breakfast every morning was spectacular - we especially liked the Thai, Indian and pastry options and the great masala tea was a real treat. Thank you esp to Joseph, Mint, Tree, Fadel. We also had lunch there one day and that was great too. Room was exceptionally comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The bed was huge! Bedroom and bathroom were always perfectly clean. Great shower. We spent most afternoons at the pool and it and the resort area are very well designed and maintained The hotel is very well located, easy short walk to the beach and bangla road as well as good restaurants and all we could need.

Have stayed many countries but staffs here in novotel vintage phuket resort are extra special and very kind hospitality we experienced here were never experienced anywhere before!! Indian food available in bfast and menu for lunch and dinner made our stay even better Pool is very large and pool access rooms are great to stay when staying with kids.. Receptionist was so kind and helpful explaining everything and taken us to our rooms during check in late check-out was granted to us on request (accor silver and explorer membership) and staffs in restaurant were very humble and excellent in all aspects! kudos to the entire team and management in maintaining the property in great manner and thanks for the lifetime experience and memory! will love to comeback to phuket just to stay here
