Small rooms, clean at ground level but quite dusty above 1,60m (impossible to use additional pillow as its plastic cover was covered by an impressive layer of dust)... Interesting place for dogs lovers as it accepts animals. If you add the cost of breakfast and parking to that of the room you can find much nicer places with 3* in the region...

Pool out of action

This is a worthwhile option for use of the pool. However, it was out of action towards the end of our stay. This made the hotel a very expensive option for accommodation that is a good mile from De Haan proper. Rooms were fine and buffet breakfast was great and frequently restocked.

The food was not the best quality, the mattress was uncomfortable, and we were charged for parking. The pool experience was completely spoilt by a group coach parked next to the pool with the generator on ALL afternoon!!!! Overall a really disappointing stay, and I obviously would not recommend this hotel.

1) Floor was very dirty, ladies HAIR here and there. 2) I have the impression that the breakfast quality was lowered than before. Very messy buffet. I have mentioned that to a breakfast server (Asian lady). She replied me that this is a 3 star hotel....hahaha....so rude reaction. 3) However, their lunch and dinner has improved surprisingly. Congratulation for that.
