Your reception staff are great and all deserve a medal in an otherwise difficult hotel to be employed at. This is not a dig at Accor, but a very honest view on the area this hotel is sited in. I've never stayed in a hotel with so many “unsavoury types” of people who seem to pester your team. It's clear the security guy is needed. I would like to offer you advice on this but really it's just a difficult area. What's brilliant is you directly face the hospital where I work....and I don't know what I would do without you. The other options in the area are less appealing!!! My room....a regular commitment...is generally very good, clean and well serviced. The biggest problem I have is with the bedding! Yep...that's right the bedding. Quite what you kitted the laundry out with originally, I have no idea. What I do know is that this hotel doesn't keep King sized bed linen. Your poor hotel service staff have the difficult task of making my king sized bed up with standard sized bedding. I sort it out with my own....shall we say....creativity. But really it's poor. And I bet it's not the maids fault. All else is good. Seriously....I am generally happy....cheers

I opened the door to my room when I arrived and I immediately noticed approximately 12 dead flies on the floor. I went to Reception and reported this and I was given a different room straight away and I noticed the staff cleaning my original room almost instantly. I was very impressed with this. Reception staff also excellent when needed to speak with them prior to my arrival. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
