The staff is excellant. The location is great. Modern and clean room. The room was very small and has no refrigerator. A refrrigerator would of been nice, I stayed here for two weeks. The desk in the room was too small to do my work and had hardly any room to sit. The parking was horrible trying to get in and out.

No fancy frills, but a very comfortable stay (good size rooms, good size beds). Facilities are good, especially the free all-hours coffee and water machines! Breakfast offered a good widespread selection of choices. Staff service was friendly and helpful... Overall a pleasurable stay

Nicely located in small town

Clean, modern, bright, friendly and a great complimentary breakfast! Yes, a very nice place, right in the heart of Aalen. Would stay again. One minor issue, getting into and out of the underground car park is a nightmare, especially if you have a big car. It’s very tight as it’s very badly designed. It really needs to be changed, sorry but this is the truth. Else, hotel was great.

Upon arrival, we met Alexzandra. She was extremely hospitable and very knowledgeable about the area. Through her information, we were able to experience an incredible time in Aalen. It is a wonderful city and quite a surprise as it was not expected, but only as an overnight stay. Upon return from the evening, we had more questions and she was so attentive and informative. She made us feel at home. The next morning we had an amazing breakfast before hitting the streets again. The staff was so accommodating and we didn’t want to leave. Aalen is definitely a return trip to this city and to this hotel.

a bit disappointed, over the last few years the rooms have become very minimalistic

Bed was ok, everything was clean, breakfast was ok. but... the pillow on the bed wasn't great and there was only one blanket which was very warm. Also when a guest turns down the thermostat and leaves the window open please don't turn up the thermostat again and close the window. Not everyone like to sleep in a warm room
