First Of All, I Had A Very Welcome From The One Of Work Staff Member. The Hotel Is About 2.5 Miles From The Town Where There Are Many Options Like Restaurant, Snackbars, Supermarkets, Fastfood Shops And More. Nearby There Are A Public Gym Square To Workout For Free And A Private Club Association As Known As Associação Banestes. Thanks For A Warmful Welcome, Ibis Colatina!

I recently spent 3 nights at the Ibis Colatina hotel while in the area for a business trip. Colatina is a very small town, and there aren't many hotel options and I believe the Ibis is the best by far. Compared to another Ibis hotel I stayed at in Vitoria, this one is newer and cleaner for sure. But compared to US hotels, the rooms are very basic. From a location standpoint, the hotel is not right in the center of downtown, but right off the main road into town. There isn't much to walk to from the hotel but the rooms have a good view of the river and a small soccer pitch. I checked in via the app which was helpful since the front desk staff did not speak any english. Overall I actually found some of the front desk staff friendly and helpful and one was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are basic, with a bed, desk, TV and wardrobe and bathroom. There is no in-room safe, or coffee maker or anything like that. But overall everything was clean and worked fine. The bed was actually firm but comfortable and I slept well. There were no power outlets close to the bed which was annoying. The TV worked fine, but only had one English language channel (CNN). The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot and worked well. IN the mornings the breakfast buffet was basic but had plenty of options and lots of fresh fruit. We did have dinner one night in the hotel and the service was VERY SLOW (they were very crowded). there were a good mix of options, and the food was decent, but nothing special. I did use the laundry service from the hotel which was pricey but worked great and was waiting at the front desk at the end of the day. Overall, this is a fine stay in Colatina, but just know that Ibis hotels are basic by nature.

I lived in Ibis Hotel from April to June 2015. Hotel is positioned in the entrance of the town, in front of the river and very close to a club with a swimming pool where you can relax. There is also a little park where to exercise or take a run along the edge of the river. The center is 25 minutes walking, but the road is very quiet and always frequented by runners. Rooms are very clean and the point of view on the river is really cool. I could enjoy a lot of wonderful sunset. The restaurant has few dishes but all very tasty. The staff is SUPER (professional, cheerful, helpful) and all the workers satisfied all my desires. The Hotel offers also the best Wi-Fi connection I have ever found in a Hotel. For sure I'll back there.

After a few days driving and staying in bad hotels it was nice to stay here and have a nice comfortable bed, shower e good food! Nice and clean hotel! Staff very friendly and the restaurant has good food! Definitely will come back when doing business in the region!

The Hotel is new and clean , good location. Good to stay during business trip including the surrounding of Colatina . No Restaurants near to the hotel, you have to use the Ibis facilities and have something to eat at the Hotel.
