Staff were great and helped store my frozen 18 KG of meat. Rooms ok and bedding was very good. The issues i had was aircon not working which i think from feedback, that's its been common for awhile. Fridges are off and very inefficient, so hardly cooling your items. Had a extended check out for my late flight and i really appreciated this from staff. Breakfast was good and with a great intro into their foods.

Good stay. Clean and tidy hotel. Good service and assistance with requests from Housekeeping. Breakfast was ok however restaurant food was average. Also, appears to be some inefficiency. On one occasion, one man was working the front desk and a lady was from the back office was chatting to a bellboy and using her phone while there is a queue of people at the front desk.

A 15 day stay in this hotel for the first time and is quite good. It is walking distance to 3 shopping malls. The doormen, security, and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was almost at the end and many a times housekeeping did not make the room even though the Do not disturb sign was not attached. I also reported a problem with the bathroom's shower heead but it was never repaird.

The room looked like it hasn't been used in quite a while. The mini refrigerator was unplugged & the top portion was dusty. The floor also felt a bit dusty too. I was also very disappointed with your reservation process. Please note that I made my reservation & paid way in advance. On the morning of my stay (December 31), I called in advance to confirm whether I can check in early. After my call, I was surprised to receive another call informing me that the room rates that were offered to me were wrong. Please note that before I made my reservation a few weeks before, I confirmed the said rates at least thrice. After I protested, the front desk officer at the time (I forgot her name.) told me to expect a call within fifteen minutes because the issue was being fixed. Unfortunately, I received the said call after almost an hour already. Please ensure that your staff members are properly informed when it comes to room rates & please train them to be mindful of the stated return response time that was given to the customer.

- long queues both during check in and check out. - Parking was scarce considering we had 5 rooms and only needed 2 slots for parking. - welcome drinks is exactly the same item which was served during breakfast buffet (warm juices)

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding our stay at your hotel on 31st of December 2019. Agoda: Booking ID 46… Under my name: Jm T.. I have existing an complaint with Agoda about this and I have already spoken with the hotel supervisor that I am requesting for a refund. Your staff "accidentally" entered our room and caught us doing intimate stuff. My girlfriend is very embarassed about this and it is stressing her out. I know that it wasn't intentional and I do not mean for anyone to be repremanded but this is unacceptable for us. Since day one we have experienced inconvenience when your hotel concierge informed us that we can do early check in at 11am only to find out that someone else was occupying our room so we can't. At 3pm we checked in but we still needed to get in queue even if we already have registered beforehand. I let it slip because I know that it's new year's eve and your team is busy. When we got into the room the aircondition was really not working well but your staff said that it would take time so we waited for an hour or two then they needed to send an engineer after that. Your hotel supervisor said the aircon was fine it was just the sun facing the hotel room too much at that time. I did not argue anymore because I do not like to ruin my new year even more. But that is just a poor excuse. I suspect that the person occupying that room requested to be transferred for the same reason. We just wanted to relax for a day or two and it was just ruined for us. We want a refund for this ASAP because that is not what I paid for. I will be waiting for your response before I make a public review. Thank you!

if you are not on business matters around ortigas avoid staying there, traffic is horrendous , it took us 3 hours to get in from the airport and we actually BURNT our next stay ......... and wasted our money.

First room assigned to us had a broken aircon. Good thing is we were given another room, but it would’ve been better if they had checked if the aircon in our first room was working correctly. I’m a senior citizen so that part of our stay was a big hassle.

We booked 2 rooms for the New Year’s Eve. The hotel staff were friendly, the hotel was clean but for some reason it smelled musky. The hotel rooms were good size though there’s toiletries ( this also includes slippers) enough for only one person. We tried to order for in room dining but nobody answered the phone, I tried to call the receptionist and he transferred to in room dining but to no avail. The area was few minutes walk from the mall and few blocks away from it is Family Mart which is a plus. Breakfast was included in our booking k we had breakfast at The Kalesa cafe, it was packed so we had no choice but to take the outside table; that was a mistake because flies were all over, you have to beat them to your food; the tiny candles that were provided didn’t do anything; they just died and the flies weren’t scared of them; then to tap it all, the flies invited their cousin mosquito which landed into my drinking water. Lastly, probably because of our room location,we were not able to see the fireworks, we hear them but we can’t see them.

It wa a nice experience as this is my 2nd time in your hotel however since my last visit ive noticed that attention to details is missing this is a big factor in hotel service for example the toilet needs a bit of attention in clenliness and a bit of detail in maintenance your A to Z info folder needs to be looked at as the pages is worn out already have a look at it. My room was 2110 hope this adda up to some improvement in your hotel
