The Hotel is in good and accessible location We had a good breakfast at Kalesa, the stuff there were accommodating, friendly, and serves with the smile. The housekeeping is friendly but not that prompt and fast in attending to our needs. Guards must be more friendly in welcoming guests. Even the reception area needs more smile, more friendliness in welcoming and accommodating guests. Need to improve customer service all in all.

Room aircon cannot be controlled. Despite repeatedly increasing the temp, it remained very cold so I had yo call front desk (2x) to do something about it. Solution: aircon main switch was turned off because there was no available aircon technician at that time (around 6pm on March 4).

mercure ortigas is one of my favorite hotel in manila, The resto at the 3rd floor was very good, nice food, there are some new staff at the looby that seems doesnt know their work. until now my points were not yet credited dated feb 25-27, 2020. but your asking for a review.

We booked a room for 2 in this hotel for a day because it had good reviews. It had a very good location right in the heart of commercial establishments. We asked for a room with a view but got none but the ugly side of the building. But that is ok if there were no available rooms left. But we had an extremely uncomfortable overnight stay since the aircon was broken. And the water heater in the bathroom was broken too. The bathroom was not so clean. But it was a good gesture of welcome with some local candies placed in 2 small ice cream cups set on the table. We hope that you would look into the condition of the rooms before you have it booked. Hoping you could do some works on your bathroom with the grout in between the marble tiles chipped off which makes it rough on barefoot and cracks on the side of the sink patched with grout which really looked dirty. And they provided us only with 1 pair of slippers and just 1 bathrobe. But a call to request for another set was easy and they delivered it in a few minutes. Inspite of the discomfort, service was good. Check in and check out was fast.

My fiance and I stayed at Mercure for almost 2 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved that it was only a 5-7 minute walk to SM Mega Mall. The hospitality and service of the staff was wonderful and range of dishes on the buffet breakfast was great. Would would definitely consider staying there again.

I was not briefed properly about the pricing policy, I believe I was charged for bed and breakfast, but I was informed that breakfast was not part of my package, but when I enquire I find that the difference was just 1 dollar.

Even though we had a great time, the ac in our room is not what we expected. It was not cold. We tried to adjust the temp but its not working. We didnt bother to call the reception as we are already very tired and want to rest. But overall everything went well.

Room was comfortable, the milkshake juice is especially nice for breakfast; should make this juice available in all accor hotels. My last name was wrong and not updated. unfortunately, we encounter a hiccup with the transport arrangement to the airport. Our corporate admin has conformation on the booking in email for the transport to the airport but the reception was not aware and not very helpful in sorting this out.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past six months and I had the most horrible experience - nothing worked during my week here. I had felt that the standards have been decreasing quite badly over the past few months, but this trip was dramatically different. It started with a very bad welcome from the front desk staff. We also noticed that the room was a little dirty and decided to clean it ourselves (see photo of the hand towel used). The room was filthy! When we can back to the room to prepare for dinner, we had asked for toilet paper as Housekeeping forgot to give us a roll. After we can back 2 hours we still did not receive. It took 2 calls to front desk and 45 mins to get this - I could not believe that something so simple could be managed so badly.
