The hotel locate near attraction and tube station, easy to go everywhere. The location look busy but in the room is quiet makes I slept well for whole night. Easy go to heathrow airport by piccadally line(only one line, no transfer). Staffs are nice and has welcome gift and card.

Unnecessary design elements in the smaller rooms make the bathroom unusable. The larger rooms allow you to see the overall tiredness of the property clearly. The mattress are past their use by date, or if not have not been turned, so may as well be. The breakfast was, on the whole, excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. Terrible service and poor staff knowledge

Stayed at this hotel as I usually do and the experience was terrible. The staff was clueless about the Accor Gold benefits, wanting to charge me for late check-out and there was no processing of welcome drinks etc. Compared to previous stays the quality of the staff knowledge seemed to have plunged significantly. Will need to rethink whether I should stay here on future trips to London.

We stayed for 4 nights and found the location to be just right for us. Short walk to Gloucester Rd tube, big Sainsburys open all hours almost next door and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the staff very pleasant. Our only gripe would be that the room did not have much storage for two people staying for 4 nights in winter clothes - also no actual towel rails in the bathroom to hang wet towels on. But these are minor things which did not detract from our enjoyable stay. One night we were disturbed at 1 am by a group of adults talking and laughing loudly in the next room - they stopped and said sorry when we banged on the wall so I suspect that the walls must be very thin and that therefore we were just unlucky on that occasion as the other 3 nights were fine. The breakfast buffet was good but I would imagine that there could be pressure on tables when the hotel was full. All in all we would certainly use it again when in London.

Booked a day use for myself and the mrs

Me and my mrs always go to mercure hotel for a short break and we specifically booked on the 14th February from 10am-6pm However when we got there we were told it is unavailable and that we can only be booked from 10am-4pm. It was really disappointing as our day was ruined, but the guy at the desk gave us free complimentary which doesn’t justify at all, but it was kind of him.

Stayed for one night as a couple. Our trip included a visit to the Royal Albert Hall - and this hotel couldn't be much nearer! The price was excellent value for money. This would also be great for the museum district!!! The bathrooms were slightly tired, but other than that, the facilities were excellent.

Everything about staying at the mercure in Kensington is just perfect. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Customer service is obviously important to them. From check in by mogtaba and zainab; being served at the bar by Claudia, breakfast served by Daniela and Mihaela, and Imed sorting out my next booking as personal circumstances has meant existing plans need to be changed. Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. Really can’t fault it. Lisa you have a good team working for you. Thank you / Diolch Ps looking forward to bringing my family to stay in April

Ok-ish but at the same time typical London hotel. Rooms are ok, although it misses the nice finishing touch. Plugs were at a very strange place in the hotel. Disappointing was the lure dust on the floor, due to lack of hovering. Bathroom was clean. Location is good.

There were a small group of us staying at the hotel - including a number of guests with additional needs. Everyone was supportive and catered for our needs once there. We were unable to book directly with hotel but all accor helpline got things sorted.

This is not the first time I stay at this hotel with my family. It is very well located, next to a tube station and several restaurants. The rooms are nice and very quiet. I definitely intend to stay there again next time I go to London.

Not worth the money - stay somewhere else outside central LDN and quickly commute. This hotel isn’t worth staying central, you’re better off commuting for an entra 10-15 mins. The hotel is dated, very small (can’t easily walk around the bed) and offers nothing special, that helps you justify the cost.

The reception staff were really welcoming and professional. And very kind with my 5 year old. The room was a good size for London and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast is varied enough. Good coffee. Loved that there was also a coffee machine in the room. I think a couple of the reviews I have seen are unfair/ overly fussy as price v quality for London this is really a great and friendly small hotel. I would have no hesitation about recommending or staying here again. We loved it.
