Was a let down from start to Finish, got made to wait half hour for our room at 4:30pm. Initially I thought it was because they was setting out the celebration package that I had paid £99 for, but on going to the room there was no celebration package. I went to ask about it and they reassured me that they would do it, so I thought nothing of it and went out for food! On coming back after food still nothing had been done.

I had a satisfactory stay. The hotel and my room were very clean, and breakfast at a nearby restaurant was good. I did feel the room shake when trains went under the building to Paddington Station, which woke me up a few times.
