I had an amazing stay at the mercure made a lot easier by Witek who was front of house… he did not only help with transport but also gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do whilst in London! I would recommend the mercure to any friends and family thanks to Witek.

t. room was perfect and t. hotel staff friendly and helpful, but t. breakfast offered in t. Frankie and Benny's was VERY poor. Lacklustre food options. Broken coffee machine. Was given a decaff coffee with coffee grounds floating in it. (t. member of staff did his best, and checked that my coffee was okay, but by that stage I just wanted to leave breakfast and get o. with my day). t. poor breakfast experience was a shame. I'd definitely book a hotel room again, but won't book breakfast.

Arrived very early in the morning from a midweek international flight. My buddy and I were exhausted but we knew there was no way we’d be allowed to check in so early. Oltita, Balazs, Frank, and Claudio were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The staff at this hotel was absolutely the highlight. I didn’t get the name of our room attendants but they were so efficient and did a fantastic job.
