I use the Mecure whenever I can in Nottingham city centre. It’s a lovely hotel. Staff are very polite & professional. Check in & out is always very smooth. Central & close to restaurants, shops & bars.

Great location in the centre of Nottingham, ideal for the Motorpoint Arena ( which we had tickets for) theatres and shops etc. The George Hotel does not have any parking spaces but there are several car parks in the Lace Market area within a few minutes walk. The rooms are all quirky but interesting and so different from the white characterless rooms of traditional hotels. The breakfast is buffet style with great choices. The staff are all helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Peter and Bruno who welcomed us on arrival.
