Oopen pasta & grill restaurant have a lot of amazing talent. They are helpful, very kind, and always put Sincerely in every time they served. Especially Mrs. Irma she was incharge next to my table. She always make sure the service in Ibis trans bandung always special.

It would be great stay if got no issues with hot water, refrigerator, power plug and bathroom refill. Suddenly no hot water when taking a bath, hv to ask for tissues and soap/shampoo to refill, broken refrigerator spoiling milk put inside the fridge, no electricity on power plug. Hotel shd check all these properly before letting guests to stay in.

I reserve for 2 rooms. Each rooms has welcoming cake. I got alearly checkin and late checkout. Thank you for your good service. Only one thing i would like to propose. Welcoming drink should be given for each room. Everytime i reserve more than 1 room, i always got only 1. Thank you.

Sorry to being honest, if not because of Sarah Octavia i will write 3 start for this hotel. We have gathering meeting at this hotel and the banquet are so Perfect. They help us to prepare all of the arrangements so well. Thank you to Fadly and zaky who always be on our side at this moment and we even can’t forget your guys name . If some day we are back here just because of you (sarah, fadly and zaky) nisa, not event say hellow to us and you good but need to fast respon ya,.. 🙏🏻 The hotel: Room is ok,.. clean bu need to more detail on maintenance. Towel clean and i love the hug pillow! Front office not that good. Room with 500R but assist by 2 person. Common to see so many people queuing with long line at FO. We have event, check in time but they Maintainance the elevator bu WITHOUT any announcement!! All guest stuck to going up and down. Breakfast is the worst!! The cubby girl in front of resto not event asking our room number because busy gossiping with the other girl staff. So we just passed her. We look like coming to wedding party while they are done No food, no amenities. And staff at resto just go around without any care! We need to come and asking if we need something. Hopefully the GM can read this so can make any CHANGES!! Your hotel start to lost the accor standard. Thank you all
