the glass is dirty, some stain in the glass is seen with bare eyes. the towel is not ready for two person nonetheless its a room for two people, thus we called for another spare. the TV connection is not really great at all, there's a lag when we watch a TV channel. for future improvement make sure the room is ready for guest to stay, or else you should consider a similar room which is ready. it is quite cramp when we had breakfast, even though we know it is crowded, but spacious place makes breakfast enjoyable, where we wouldn't bother other people when we need to order other food.

i was given a dirty room with stained bed sheets, eventhough i already emailed before arrival to make sure the cleanliness of the room. They did make amend by replacing with another room. No complaints for the replacement room.

room and service all great, the location was not problem because the shopping mall and some restaurant is in the area of hotel. They serve the breakfast was great too,,,, may be just a little i want suggest is the lift first ( may be can try change the system to SCAN KEY CARD system ) is more better then now , second the ROOM CARD ENTRY , i was stay 3 night but second day evening when i come back to the hotel, my room key was NON USE ( not only me, i saw some guess also had my same problem too ) over rall still got 80% good enought

Good location it's closed to trans studio mall bandung, have a good experience stay on my vacation, thank you for employee of Ibis Bandung Trans Studio to assist me, start from Front office with Diani and Faizal are very warm welcome me & also i thank you for Irfan Danial from Housekeeping, its nice and clean room during i stay, actually i meet many employee but i forgot the name, all very warm welcome. my feedback: 1. the wastafel sink drain is a bit clogged 2. The bench is about to break, the legs are wide 3. The floor under the mattress has a lot of dust 4. TV remote sometimes doesn't work 5. once called 0 but no one picked up

bis tsm. ..price not worth it/too expensive coz of quality,service,size,ammenities,no pool/fitness (similar to pop hotel which is 300.000rp cost),while ibis cost 550.000rp ..noisy,at same floor,some rooms are guest there.at least 2 empty room between used room coz the wall is thin,otherwise very noisy (tv/people voice) also coz of covid ..smelly blanket,pillow and it looks not clean white.

I experienced a disappointing moment when I stayed in the Ibis hotel on 12th June. I once asked the housekeeping staff to make up my room at lunchtime when I was away but he/she didn't make it. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, the room was still messy. Then I called the housekeeping staff and they answered that "it was not in their shift, the morning shift should be responsible for it."

No Tooth paste, Empty soap at the soap box, and the worst, there were machine noise until 3 AM !! I booked 2 rooms and none of us could sleep until morning... I had stayed in this hotel before, but never expect this hotel now become like this.

It's nice stay at Hotel Ibis Bandung Trans Studio. My family wanted to attend wedding in SESKOAD and the Ibis hotel was near to it. Check in process was quick and the staffs were very helpful. We were very happy to return.
