On arrival the disabled lift was out of order and the reception was on the 1st floor, had to leave my disabled daughter in the hallway vulnerable alone, then after a discussion they decided she could use another lift to hotel through some doors 2 buildings away, it wasn’t ideal as wasn’t level surfaces.When went back and come back from where we was going was a struggle as I just got daughter to go downstairs and I had to quickly carry the scooter down myself . Only grace was they gave us a complementary breakfast for the trouble

You get what you pay for - budget means budget. if you want a good enough nights sleep in East London then this will do. But don't expect anything more. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Window was opaque and can't be opened. Yellow staining on shower floor.
