Dear Aishing, I would like to thank you for sharing your feedback in regard to your recently stay at Mercure Bangkok Siam and your comments about the room cleanliness. I regret to hear about unpleasant experience in regard of the rest of your stay. But I would like to answer some of specific points with clear information and update After review our intern security system, we would like to inform that the full check in procedure took 22 minutes and we would like to apologies about this situation. The fact is that you had requested very specific room allocation for 3 rooms to be side by side we are sorry for the delay as the last room was clean at that time you arrived. We would like to inform you that amenities, slippers, toothbrush are provide upon request. We would like to apologies as we had an accidental pipe maintenance issue on the 24th floor on that specific day and we had it fix the next day. In regards of the engineer, I have shared you feedback to departments concern in deeply check and to ensure this incident should not be reoccurred for you and all of the value guest in the future I am sorry to read about your extended stay payment experience. We need to reactivate the key card manually for any extension. Your room extension was not prepaid and the deposit amount did not cover the room charge of your extension. We did not block the credit card but ask for a preauthorization to cover any service or consumption who could occur during your stay. I would like to inform that Mercure and Ibis Bangkok Siam share the same Restaurant for the breakfast operation. It is accommodate Ibis and Mercure guests who pay the exact same 350 THB breakfast price. Once again thank you for your value feedback and we hope to serve you again when you back in Bangkok.
