they intent to avod the tax, so give me kind of fake receipt, made me visit them again to have a formal receipt, forgot that male officer name. firstly he let intern to handle me, and then teach intern to give me the fake receipt

Overall, the experience was correct as the hotel is well located and offers a good breakfast for the price paid, but some irritating points could be easily improved: - First, in such location, having English-speaking welcome-desk staff. Using translation apps did not make it OK when trying to explain problems - Precisely, I had an annoying recurring issue with the toilet flush that I could actually show once to the room service going by, but no one took care to fix it properly as I could not make it understand - Worse, I did not get my room cleaned during all my stay - 5 nights, I insist on that point that struck me while I have had an extensive hotel experience round the world for 30 years. My towels got changed (even those supposed to stay in), but all the rest was left as-is (bed not made, bathroom not cleaned AT ALL), very surprising while there was service staff hanging around with their cleaning trolleys all day long. I informed (through my translation app!) the reception staff but nothing changed - Small room, not a real issue as such but surprisingly furnished, with, on top of the large bed, another (unnecessary) day bed but no closet at all due to lack of space! Only a couple of pegs on the wall to hang clothes! A good piece of advice: Substitute this day bed with a closet and a nice small armchair that will suffice to sit down in such a room! - At last, I had a blind room - no outside window, only one with a view on a dark corridor - therefore no natural light at all, this should have been clearly stated over the reservation or at reception. I guess the fact I was travelling on my own and not in couple let Accor think I could come to terms with such room easily, without arguing - disappointing reasoning.

Good location, reasonable distance to metro. Easy ATM access. Lots to eat nearby at You Garden district. Room was adequate but lacked any storage for hanging clothes. Cleaning was inconsistent. The hotel seemed to be spruiking female company via business cards under the room door every night. If hotel isn't condoning this, it presents a security concern to hotel guests.

The worst IBIS I have never seen. Nobody at receptino speaks English and the staff do not make any effort to dicuss and understand the guest's need. The rrom is small and does not comply with the description on the reservatino (no desk) A bit far away from the metro

The staff didn’t speak English and they were not very helpful regarding any tips related to sight seeing. The location was very good. I was surprised to find cards for prostitute twice beside my room door. The room size was good but it wasn’t heated and weather was very cold didn’t ask for help since they don’t speak English.
