Really is a budget hotel. The rooms haven't been upgraded in many years, Service is a hit and miss - some staff were pleasantly helpful while others were expressionless and barely understood english (this is a hotel that caters to mostly foriegn travellers). Only redeeming feature was the buffet breakfast which was quite good.

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your visit, particularly with the condition of the rooms and the inconsistencies in our service. We would like to share that we have planned renovations scheduled for 2025 to upgrade our rooms and facilities, ensuring a more comfortable and modern experience for our guests. Additionally, we recognize that the service level you encountered was not consistent. This is partly due to some of our newer team members who are still in the process of completing their training. We are actively working to improve our staff's proficiency in English and overall hospitality skills to better serve our international travelers. Your positive feedback about our buffet breakfast is greatly appreciated, and it motivates us to continue improving other aspects of our offerings. The Ibis is well located to everything. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Jayden an Jay on the front desk went out if their way to be helpful to me and others on the tour I was with. They are an asset to the company.

Hotel room is very dated looks like hasn’t had a make over for 20 years, beds were okay but that was about it. Hotel won’t use central air conditioning just to save money, the air smells stale once walking in the room. Breakfast was over charged

We recognize the need for improvements and are pleased to inform you that we are planning facility upgrades in 2025 to enhance our guests’ experience. 2. Our hotel operates with a central heating and cooling system, and during seasonal transitions like this, we do not run the air conditioning as outside temperatures are lower, and some guests may feel chilly. Fortunately, our rooms are designed with windows that can be opened to allow fresh air circulation from outside. it seems that we were unable to suggest this option for improved air quality in the room. たくさんの宿泊客で賑わっていましたが、お部屋はとても静かでゆっくり休むことができよかったです。 ただ洗面ボールが小さく洗顔するだけで周りに水が跳ねたり、シャワールームがとても狭くそれが残念でした。でもそれ以外はとてもよかったのでスパを利用すれば快適な旅になると思いました。
