I do not set much expectation to this hotel due to the negative review in TripAdvisor, but end up was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is pretty good in terms of the staffs friendliness and good service provided.

This hotel is one of favorite hotels to stay whenever I have trip to Kuala Lumpur. The hotel's hospitality has never upset me but always be consistent on the arrangement of my stay.

overall is good . it is just that i ask for fork and spoon. and didnt receive at all.

As a Diamond Member, I wanted to give this Hotel a go as I will be travelling frequently to KL over the next year for business. Overall disappointing except for the Executive Club which was great. Thanks to Hazel and the Team who looked after me for food and drinks. The food offering in the Breakfast Buffet is very poor and totally geared to a small Malaysian budget. I suspect the Hotel owners are not providing the budget for anything other than a budget Malay breakfast. Except for eggs, nothing to offer a non Malay pallet. Perhaps offer breakfast for Executive Club in the Club. The lobby restaurant and Bar does not open until 4.00pm and the Cafe was closed on the Friday which was public holiday. Reception was efficient and friendly. Final comment - someone from Accor needs to stay at this Hotel and experience the offering. You really need to debadge it as a Pullman as it is only harming the brand.

I definitely like to stay in Pullman Bangsar. However, on many occasion I had recurring problems with your front desk. I ask for two separate invoice for my two nights stay, but keep combining it for two days, despite giving clear instruction during check in and was acknowledge in affirmative. This smatter is extremely frustrating and front desk is of no help at all.
